PULSESTUDIO

Terms of service

These are the terms you agree to when you hold a membership at this studio and when you use this website to book. They are written to be read once and understood, not to be long.

Last updated 24 August 2026.

Your membership

A membership is a recurring monthly agreement that includes a set number of classes each month. It renews on the same day each month until you tell us to stop. Classes included in a month do not roll over into the next one.

You can cancel your membership at any time, effective at the end of the month you have already paid for. Tell the front desk, or write to the address in the footer.

Booking a class

Spaces are limited by what the room and the equipment safely hold, and they are given out in the order they are reserved. A class that is full offers a waitlist; if a space opens, the first person on that waitlist gets it and is told.

Book only for yourself. A space held under one member's name is for that member.

Cancelling a class

Cancel up to 12 hours before a class starts and there is no charge and the class is not counted against your month.

Inside 12 hours, or if you do not come, the class counts as used. That is not a penalty for its own sake: a space held and left empty is a space another member could not book, and the waitlist has already closed by then.

On the studio floor

Arrive in time to set up — an instructor may decline to admit somebody once a class has begun, because joining a moving class without a warm-up is how people get hurt.

Tell your instructor about an injury, a condition, or a pregnancy before class so they can offer you an alternative. Work at the level you are at. If something hurts, stop.

Treat the staff and the other members well. We reserve the right to end a membership for behaviour that makes the studio unsafe or unwelcoming for anybody else, and we will say why.

Schedule changes

Instructors, class times and the schedule can change. If a class you have booked is cancelled or moved, you are told and the class is not counted against your month.

This website

The booking pages, the support assistant and the staff tools are provided as they are. We keep them working and correct, and we do not promise they will never be unavailable. Member sign-in here is a name picked from a list — no password, and it does not protect anything. Staff sign-in is different: it takes a real passphrase, checked by the site's own server, and is what a staff tool actually requires before it shows a member's records. The privacy policy says exactly what each means and what your browser keeps.

The support assistant answers from the studio's current schedule and written policies, and says so when it does not know. Where it and this page disagree, this page is the one that counts.

Health and liability

Group fitness carries risk. You take part at your own risk and confirm you are well enough to do so. Nothing on this site is medical advice; if you are unsure whether a class suits you, ask a doctor before booking.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them, and anything that affects what you already paid for applies from your next renewal rather than retroactively.
